Private Classes
We offer private group and individual classes or trainings. Choose from 4 styles of yoga (Chair, Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative) or a mix of your choice. Group max: 15. Individual yoga training is available following a consultation (FREE!).

Passive Yoga
Passive yoga is our deep restorative and therapeutic offering, allowing our clients to relax as they are guided in and out of poses in a unique sequence. Each session begins with guided meditative breath work to aid in releasing body tension. Sessions are available in 30min and 60min time slots.
